Jack-O-Lantern Stitchery
3rd graders are learning to stitch and sew on buttons.



Halloween !MUMMIES!
6th graders posed for a "mummy" photo , hand tinted the photo
then covered it with gauze and added a chalk pastel
background to complete the eerie scene.






Scary Shapes
Kindergarteners used triangles to create Wacky Witches
and rectangles to create Funky Frankenstein!






Clay Sculpture
6th graders studied the artist Kimmy Cantrell and sculpted these
faces out of clay. After being fired, color was applied with oil pastel and
stained with black tempera paint .




BlockHeads!
4th graders collected and used found objects to make "Blockheads".
This lesson on reuse, reduce and recycle demonstrated "art"
can be made from a variety of supplies and doesn't have to cost much!




 Color My World
3rd graders are studying color theory. 




Fall Cattail and Dragonfly Collage
2nd graders used different fabrics, paper, wood, buttons, ribbons
and sequins to create
this collage of cattails and dragonflies.



Paper Line Crowns
 1st graders design and construct Crowns made from a variety of paper strips.




Line Design Magic Carpets
Kindergarteners practiced different lines and
put them together to make this "Magic Carpet".
